It’s not your strategy. It’s your team’s operating range.
The most consequential variable in your organization’s performance is not strategy. It is the operating range of the people executing it. When senior teams narrow under pressure, decisions slow, conflict rises, and execution fractures exactly when alignment matters most.
Power Dome is built for that moment.
In a half-day or full-day intensive Power Dome Experience, your leadership team identifies pressure patterns, names stress defaults, and unlocks the strengths that drive aligned, decisive action.
Half-day to full-day. For intact leadership teams at inflection points — reorganizations, scaling pressure, strategic pivots, post-merger integration. The team identifies its collective pressure patterns, names the stress defaults creating friction and slowing decisions, and activates the strength combinations needed for aligned execution. Teams leave with a shared language and a recalibrated operating range.
60 to 90 minutes. An interactive session for convened groups — department heads, cross-functional leaders, conference and event audiences. Highlights how leadership range narrows under specific pressure conditions, and what becomes available when it expands. Designed for leaders who already sense something is running beneath their behavior but haven’t named it yet.
Day, modular 2 hour format available. For teams and functional groups building capability together. Combines the Power Dome method with structured practice — applying pattern recognition and stress-default language to live decisions and working relationships. Groups leave with tools they can use immediately, not just a shared vocabulary.
Two to three hours. By invitation, eight to twelve leaders convened around a shared question. Courses move the group through the four intelligences — cognitive, emotional, somatic, and intuitive — exploring a quest/ion defined in advance with the host. Not a discussion, a discernment experience, held over a meal.
Five to ten minutes, embedded within a larger experience. A contemplative writing ritual and artistic mailbox used at the opening or close of leadership retreats, team immersions, and transition moments. Creates stillness, surfaces what’s true, and marks the threshold between what was and what’s next.
